Account Executive

This entry-level position is perfect for the person with a sharp and energetic sales approach! It is an inside sales position representing a variety of web-based information resources to professionals and organizations in the burgeoning private equity industry. Key responsibilities include: developing leads from internal databases; maintaining exceptional client relationships; participating in the formation of sales objectives; and SELL-SELL-SELL. Salary plus commission.

Administrative Sales Coordinator

Use your extraordinary organization and communication skills to professionally and enthusiastically support our lively and driven sales team. Be the all-important hub of the sales department. Provide administrative support to sales staff: word processing, faxing, copying, assisting with bids and quotes. Manage communication within the sales department. Act as liaison with other departments. Maintain contact management systems. Manage conference calendar. Assist in travel planning. Manage/prepare various sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Extremely detail oriented with the ability to keep focused on the goals of the department.
  • Multi-tasking ability.
  • Exceptional service orientation toward customer and sales staff.

  • Two-year college degree preferred.
  • Some administrative office experience required.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Internet, Email required.
  • Experience with Act preferred.
  • Experience with Power Point and Access a plus.


Advertising Account Executive

Welcome to the exciting world of advertising! Learn from a seasoned practitioner. The entry-level Advertising Account Executive will maintain and build an advertising customer base and manage ads through final publication. Responsibilities include identifying customers, managing barter relationships, negotiating rates, and interfacing with internal production staff. Includes sales of banner, print, email newsletter, and radio ads. Salary plus commission.

In this entry-level position, you will research and develop potential customers, research client needs, and develop application of products. You will be responsible to create and deliver effective sales presentations, maintain effective service levels, and nurture client relationships. Salary plus commission.
