NVST is growing and expanding... In response to requests from NVST’s 80,000 strong
investor, advisor and entrepreneur subscribers, we have expanded the
Private Equity Network® to include Commercial Real Estate (CRE). The first step
in this initiative will be to facilitate transactions between Commercial Real
Estate Sellers, Investors, Brokers, Agents and Professional Service Providers.
However, NVST CRE will follow the same ‘evolutionary’ incremental growth path that the
Private Equity Network has followed. We will be building and expanding this CRE asset
for our subscribers over the next several months, so keep checking back to

The CRE component will evolve over the next few months to include more CRE-specific
content, publications, marketing services, advertising opportunities, and a
service-provider directory. The initial focus will be on facilitating sales and purchases
in Commercial Real Estate by streamlining the buyer/seller matching process,
using the proven model NVST employs in the Private Equity and Merger and Acquisition arenas.
Given that many of NVST's major players are currently are involved in or are investigating
opportunities in tangible asset investing, CRE deal facilitation is a logical extension of
NVST’s core competence. We are confident that CRE seller/broker participants will benefit
from being able to present CRE offers to our broad investor audience.
