To find opportunities at NVST.com, first log on to NVST.com, then click on the Search for Opportunities link. Here, you search the latest Mergers and Acquisitions or Venture Capital listings by keyword, geography, industry, or revenue. If you would like only the most recent listings, click on Latest Opportunity Listings. For tips on searching at NVST.com, click here.

To modify your profile, log on to NVST.com, then click on the Profile Data link. You may edit any information regarding your profile, including company description, client criteria, accreditation status, references and more.

Why should I disclose my identity and financials? |

At NVST.com, you can leave profile information blank, and can add or change your disclosed information at any time.
NVST.com is much more than just a database of information. It has extensive search and transmit capabilities that help you locate the investment you are seeking and efficiently contact Advisors. These capabilities are keyed off your investment criteria and only serve your needs when this data is available.
Still, there may be many reasons you may
feel vulnerable or uncomfortable about entering your identity and
financial ability. The best way to address these concerns may be to
employ an Advisor to represent you and screen contacts.

Why doesn't my login work? |
|
If your login doesn't seem to be working please check the 'URL' of the page you are on. You can login to the NVST.com website here. If you are trying to login to a journal click on the Professional Publications tab on the front page to find the login page of the journal you are trying to login to. It is usually a good idea to bookmark or add these pages to your favorites so that you can access them easily the next time you need to find the information. Your NVST.com login name and password will not work for journals unless you have subscribed to the journals.

view the latest M&A opportunity listings, or from the home page
click "Search Opportunities" from the left navigation
options. To conduct a more specific search click on
an option called "Search all M&A opportunities" under the lates
oppotunities page that will allow for a more specific
search. Anyone may conduct NVST's M&A opportunity
search, but members only are given access to listers contact
information.

focus. Our website is designed for and to help Sellers to find the right

Simple. 1) Tell us who you are. 2) Pay the $249 listing fee. 3)
Enter your listing?
You pay $249 US for 120 days and that is all you pay. Each additional listing is just $249.

How can I restrict Brokers or Agents from responding to my listing? |
|
During the entry process you can set a value that will 'flag' your
listing noting only 'principles' should contact you. Broker and
Agents will be blocked from responding to you. If you should
receive email from a Broker or Agent and have specified 'principles only'
then please forward the email to us.

How do I remove my listing? |
|
Login - click here. Click the 'Create/Update' Opportunity link in
the left-hand navigation section. Locate your listing and click on
the title, click the 'edit' button, change the 'status' field value and
click the update button at the bottom of the page.

| How do I post my Properties? |
|
Simple. 1) Tell us who you are. 2) If this is your first
listing you will be asked to pay the $600 annual
membership listing fee. If you already have an existing NVST
Broker/Agent Commercial Real Estate membership you merely login into the
system and 3) Enter your listings? The annual Commercial Broker/Agent membership ( $600 U.S.)
allows you to list multiple listings, where you are the agent on the listing.
NVST will assess a 10% referral fee on the broker's commission, if the purchaser interacted with the
listing via NVST.com. The referral fee is due at closing.

| How will prospective clients
contact me? |
|
You will be notified by email when someone expresses interest in one
of your properties. The email will contain a link that will take
you directly into the contact directory for your listing where you can
see all of the contacts associated with your listing.
