Privacy Policy
NVST respects your right to privacy.
We want to learn about you so that we can better serve you, but we fully recognize our responsibility to protect your personal information. As a registered member of NVST, you will receive an email with the week's newest
directory opportunity listings, as well as periodic emails with the latest industry updates.
These emails are optional; if you elect not to receive them, please adjust your email preferences by logging in, then selecting Latest Opportunity Flash / Update Your Email Options
We take the following measures to ensure privacy on the NVST site:
- The only information made available to other NVST members and site
visitors is what you have entered in your member profile. This includes your email address (if you provide it).

- NVST does use subscriber demographic information to generate internal
aggregate reports and market research. No individuals will be identified in any
such report.
- Only NVST site administrators have access to your
confidential login and subscriber information; these personnel will assist you
should you forget your password, or have other access issues.
- The list of pages visited by an individual is available only to
NVST, and will not be published or documented other than internal market research reports.
- Members that cancel their site subscription will be removed from the mailing
list. NVST will not release to anyone the email addresses of subscribers who cancel,
unless required to do so by law.
- Inappropriate use of email addresses found on pages at NVST will be
reported to uce@ftc.gov. This address is maintained
by the Federal Trade Commission to report unsolicited junk email, or spam.
"By US Code Title 47, Sec.227(a)(2)(B), a computer/modem/printer meets
the definition of a telephone fax machine. By Sec.227(b)(1)(C), it is unlawful
to send any unsolicited advertisement to such equipment. By Sec.227(b)(3)(C), a
violation of the aforementioned Section is punishable by action to recover
actual monetary loss, or $500, whichever is greater, for each violation."
